Basement Design
Our designers will spend time with you to determine your goals and also outline your personalized design plan. Basement Living by Rescon has a team of design consultants that are ready to help you plan your new living space.
In addition, Rescon has an in-house planning and design department that will produce CAD drawings of your new space and handle all correspondence, building permits and code requirements. A complete set of plans and specifications for every project is critical to proper permitting, project layout, and coordination. We are also pleased to be able to offer you copies of your basement in 3-D plan format.

Our basement finishing solutions are built using a seamless so you can fully customize (i.e. any color paint you choose) your walls.
